This is Cincinnati native and Nashville resident Stacy Mitchhart. This was my first time seeing him live, but not my last. He has a very awesome bluesy/jazzy style of guitar playing - and he puts on an excellent show.

Kory & the Fireflies (local band from South Dakota)

Reason I like this image is it's such an unnatural pose, it's a great example of showmanship. I know the guitarist fairly well and he generally has certain moves when it comes to certain songs, I just remember taking this photo in a tent for a local show, the lighting wasn't ideally the best (LEDs that covered the band) -- but this pose stuck out to me, and this is what I envisioned.
