hi all!
to those who use the L308b and the Rebel XT. have you noticed that the Sekonic almost always meters +2/3 compared to the Rebel XT in Evaluative Metering mode? this probably explains why the XT underexposes! what say you?

well they are 2 different types of meters, and since the 308 to my knowledge doesn't have a reflective meter, you are therefore metering from 2 different areas.
the in camera meter is a reflective meter system, and is easily fooled by contrasty lighting scenarios or largely one tonality. a incident meter like your handheld is basiclly perfect every time, if metered correctly. |
