I like it too, and echo cwescapexlt4x4's comments. OR you could pp it a bit so that the tower is in a bit of a mist, like the moon...

Take two exposures, one for the moon and one for the tower and blend or put a moon shot in later with PPing. The fuzzy moon kills the cool shot unless you want to add in fake clouds using PS, so that the moon is fuzzy for a reason. You have to put "IMAGE EDITING OK" in your profile so people can express their ideas.

Thanks everyone. The moon is fuzzy because it was overcast. That was how it appeared.

This is a 10 shot HDR.
