Happy New Year Mike! (like the 2007 avatar!)

Great series but #1 has it for me compositionally... the lines are cleaner and simpler

#1 for me Mike, it has nicer colors, much simpler composition, and just works that much better for me. The full size image is sweet!

The other two are a bit dark and cluttered for my tastes.

Beautiful, Mike. Number 1 for me as well... the lines are crazy but the scene calming. Nice dichotomy.

Very Nice Mike

Love the 1st one buddy

It has great light and subject.

The other two are nice but just a little crowded for my taste

Yea,i think i`ll go with Scott, although i do like the second one because of the sun , i still prefer the calmness and reflections of the 1st one.

Thank you all very much for commenting. That first one gave me a little tingle when I saw it on the LCD screen. I tried lots of different framings but that one hit the spot.

Very little PP was needed for #1 - unlike the others which, despite the 4 stops of ND grad, needed 2 RAW conversions to minimize the burnout in the sky to what you see. It has spoilt the colours a bit. Shooting into the sun is soooooooo tricky!
