Default Budding Photographer

Aaron got a disposable camera in his stocking and emptied it in about 10 minutes on Christmas Day I think we will be buying him a little P&S for his next birthday.

Awww I love them when they get snappy happy!!
Make sure you post his picture of you taking his picture too

Just noticed your Christmas village (?) up top there, it's beautiful. My Mum does the same but would be green with envy if she saw your 'litttle' collection there! LOL

I have to agree. If anyone has ever seen the documentary "Born into Brothels" they show some really excellent photos that were taken by the children after some lessons with the photog/director. Really excellent... recommend for the story AND the photography taken in there. One of the children actually wins a scholarship for it as well.

LOL at least they let you see what they shoot. My daughter is 5, she likes to put her finger over the lens.

Sorry didnt mean to hijack the thread, but I think to get kids into something like photography, or any interest for that matter is a great idea. Photography being a bonus as you can then all share and work together.

Children are very creative and imaginative. Give them a camera and they'll usually take pictures in a whole different perspective than adults do. My daughter just got a cell phone with a camera and she's been turning out some interesting shots (pictures of pictures, etc.).

My son is just getting interested in taking his own photos and he is 27! But he still asks me for mine in print so we bought him a camera and printer for Christmas.
I plan on intrducing Aaron to my Pro 1 this year.
Thanks for all the comments.
