Self portait

Just playing around with the new remote I got in.. Softer focus, and I decreased the tonal range because of my lovely complexion.. I purposely balanced the image this way, do you think taking my head off makes for poor composition, or does it work here?

Maybe just a little too much taken off the top. Maybe include all of your eyebrows and a small bit of your forehead?
