Default Playing around at Tempe Townlakes, Tempe, AZ

My husband and I went out shooting the other night. Just messing around. I wanted to see what I could do with my 50mm f/1.8. I don't use it much and thought it would be fun to do portraits of us.
The sun was setting and thought what the heck and started snapping the area around us. I was using a tripod and also using the timer. The wind was blowing a bit and it was cold out!! Yes, cold in AZ (it snowed the next day, although it didn't stick).

Nice work Rachel! These are both really nice. The first one it gorgeous!!! The colors in the sky and the silhouette of the bridge are fantastic. If I had taken this photo it would be framed and on my wall. I love it!
