Default Red Tail Hawk

Yesterday while I was at work, I saw a RTH capture, and eat a squirrel. Of course, no camera. Well, today I took my camera to work, and was somewhat rewarded with a sighting, but no squirrels...

It was very very cold, and quite windy, and I am shaky at best, so these are not going to win any awards.

A couple of the pics were shot through a window, as it was perched just 30 feet from the office of a co-worker.

There are at leats 2 of them here, so I hope to be able to grab a few more as winter progresses.

All comments appriciated

These first 2 were shot though the window. All were taken with the Sima 70-300

Really nice, especially taken through the window glass I wish my windows were that clean.

Yes, very nice for the conditions! We had a hawk crouched over a squirrel where I work a few years ago, just off a sidewalk, and people were walking close by. He had his wings spread and a death grip on the squirrel. Unfortunately no camera. (of course-isn't that one of Murphy's laws)

Lol, he looks like he hasn't fully digested his meal yet. What a puffball I think the last one will look very nice after you clean it up. Good job!
