Almost any lighting system based on continuous lights will do double duty for video and still photography.
But, continuous lights are a significant compromise for still photography (compared to flash). For even fair utility for still photography the lights must be of very high Wattage. A couple of 1000 Watt lights might be a good starting point. But remember, these lights are not called "hot" lights by accident. Lowel is a well known manufacturer of this sort of lighting, you might want to check out their website: http://www.lowel.com/ Enjoy!
