Default a yellow flower

i can't help it, i get a mental blank when i have to name flowers! (even though i am passionate about photographing them!) Anyway, i plucked this cutie out of the bouquet i got for valentines day, and took it's portrait. I have built a light tent, and am having lots of fun with it. I know the stem is OOF, but i am new to this, i'll get there.

Not a bad try tina. I have a sequence of this flower in my blog. Took it when I went for a camp.

I love the photo. Awesome presentation.

(Though I must confess that tired of an exhausting day, I misread your nickname to be Cat--it... Why would someone call themselves that, I wondered. Then I read it again, sorry )

LOL

Lovely shot, Tina. I like the stem out of focus, and I think the frame suits.

I don't mind the stem, or the frame either. Not everything HAS to be in focus? Nice job!

When i first needed to think of a handle, the kids were into final fantasy, and they mention cait sith, which i liked, but i didn't realise it was spelt that way, so i just wrote catsith, and of course, when it was too late, i realised how it looked!!
