Default 10fps vs 8.5fps in audio form?

This is kind of an odd request maybe, but I remember a while back while reading through a longer thread someone had posted a link to an audio file showcasing the burst speeds of a few cameras.
I came across this post:
http://photography-on-the.net/forum/...00&postcount=8

for burst, it only has the 1DMkIIn at 8.5fps. I recall in another thread someone had a link to the 10fps burst of a film camera... I think the EOS-1V maybe? I'm not sure.

I was wondering if anyone happens to know where I can find an audio file of the 10fps burst just for curiosity's sake. I've searched these forums and tried several google searches but keep coming up empty

heres a longer burst of the 8.5 http://polisphotography.com/Document...3%20Frames.mp3

I don't have my 1vhs anymore, otherwise I could post that too. Its not a huge difference, and it was so rarely used as $5 velvia or provia gone in 4 seconds just makes you cringe.

The 1vhs and 1nrs are the only Canon 10fps, and they required not only the power booster, but also litium ion batteries, the standard AA battery magazine would only do 7fps

thanks for the link, that sounds even more impressive

I'm not planning on getting one of the 10fps bodies or anything, I'm mainly just wanting to hear what it does sound like and share with a friend of mine as well.

The old nikon F3H(pretty sure thats the name) did 13.5 fps. I met another shooter at a football game this past fall who gave up on her D2H in favor of it. Hearing it shoot was incredible.

so a roll of 36 would go in like 2.5 seconds?
