Default Wedding Photos (cross processed?)

I have seen some wedding photos that look cross processed. How do I achieve this digitally? I have attached an example:

I like to use the cross process effect included with ShowitEffects.

But previous to that, I used the Urban Acid photoshop action, which can be downloaded for free from here: http://www.atncentral.com/download.htm
Not exactly cross process, but close. I love the edgy look it gives.

Could you do that with a contrast and saturation boost?

Lightroom has a direct positive template that does something similar.

I have tried that - but it never looks as good as I think it should.

This might be what you're looking for (great price!):

I did a few versions with the old 2002 set I have.
