First Engagement Photo

Hey all...

This couple is my first wedding photog. in late April. They wanted an engagement photo done to put in the local newspaper and to have for themselves; this is what I came up with! Thanks, and there's no photoshop there, other than some skin smoothing which they requested.

Man, I am getting SO NERVOUS about this wedding photography. Trust me, I have been reading SO MUCH since last sept when I realized I was going to start doing them, but man, until it happens, I am starting to shake in my booties.

nice picture,

the guy seems like he's squinting. that could just be the way his eyes are though. not sure, but her eyes are very nice.

Nice couple & nice pose. The background is a little distracting for me - especially the tree growing out of his head. Congrats on the wedding.

I remember last year I booked my first "real" wedding. I read everything and took a few courses - including two on wedding photography. I was so nervous. COuldn't sleep the night before. Felt ill.

But you know, I LOVED it! Had 11 weddings by the end of the year. Have about that booked already this year and 3 for 2008. (and a couple are referrals from the first sweaty palms wedding I fretted so much about!)
