First of all, WELCOME!
I like the angle, but the image might have turned out better with lower ISO. Other than that, nice shot.

thank you for the comment, next time I will turn down the iso I think I had it at like 800. I still have to figure out this camera.

I was trying to get home as soon as possible so that way I could have had the sunset as the background but didn't make it on time Oh well always next time.

Welcome! I think it's a unique shot because of your low vantage point. I think this point of view requires extra care in watching the background. In this case, the sky only detracts from the image. A good start though.
