tough shot to get
good job not blowing out the head any more than you did.
limb out of its head is distracting.
not my favorite of yours but there isn't much you could do about it, nice capture.

I like the detailing and colours of the wings and soft white tips.

Its nice to have a bird shot where the colours are well saturated too.

As I scrolled down to the image, the very first thing i noticed was that the pine needles create almost radial blur effect in the top left corner. I initially thought that this has been applied post process, but on a second look at the whole image, i see its not the case.

The more i look at it, the more I agree with the comment of the branch out of its head, it should be possible to clone it out if you want.

Other than that, I like it.
