Default Juvenile Eagle

Found this youngster off the wharf in downtown Summerside yesterday. I took about 30-35 pics and goofed them, It was blowing hard, but I dont think thats what happened, just missed the focus somehow. these were the most useable of them all. Thanks for looking.

These are too bad Trevor considering that you said you had a problem with focus.

Nice website by the way.

Thanks Stephen, I use the * button for focus and I think I get into a habit with the still shots of focussing, pausing to hold still then pressing the shutter, then when I do in flights sometimes I fall into this mode and the bird moves out of focus before I press the shutter. Thats all I can figure out since the lens does focus sharp, and I did have lots of SS.
Thanks for looking and thanks for the comments on the website.

I've done the same thing many times.
These aren't bad.
I hope you don't mind that I Photoshopped one....

No need for sulking, Trevor. That missed chance is gonna teach you more than any nailed shot ever will. My luck isn't teaching me a darn thing.

These aren't that bad, except that third one. Our ice is gone and I don't like seeing it now that spring has arrived.
