Your contract should specify that. Pretty much every photographer includes a disk of high resolution images in their prices, though pricing models vary. My prices are on my website.

I've made significant updates to the backup section in my first post - I moved from mirroring (unsafe) to backup software (safe). I've also updated storage configuration (HGST hard drivesexternal link in a ReFS Storage Spaces mirror)

One of my favorite Culling programs is Photo Mechanic! it's insane how quick I can cull a wedding since I've switched to them. They have a star system that transfers to LR an also you can organize my color. They also have a great keyword function I use for organizing when I use stock images. http://www.camerabits.​com/products/ (external link)
