How do I get the moon getting to look like a moon , not a blob of white on this 30 sec exposure here as well as trying get some detail in the foreground. Help please. thanks robert

The moon is actually very bright, especially in contrast to the dark sky. Also, the moon will move some in 30 seconds, especially when it is low in the sky like in your photo. To get a clear shot of the moon you will want to use a much lower shutter speed. Of course, then you wouldn't get a nice moonlit image such as you have here. You could try to take a two shots, one exposed for the scene and one exposed for the moon and merge them.
I like this picture a lot and don't mind the blurry moon so much.

Only thing that comes in my mind is combining two exposures. But that might just show my inexperience as a fotographer.
