Default Preparing Image for Fuji Frontier

I have had great success in getting my photos printed on Fuji Frontier Printers. If they are well calibrated and maintained, they produce photos that I am easily able to sell either as matted enlargements or as greeting cards. My one problem though is that I haven't been able to figure out exactly how each photo will be cropped by the printer. I haven't been able to get any help from the operators as they have been too busy to give me the time of day.

I just had a 10x15" photo done this afternoon. It looks great, but I seem to have lost about 1/4" on both sides, 1/8" on the top and 1/2" on the bottom. Is there something I can do on my end to make certain that I lose less of the image and to control where the cropping will be done? There are some areas that it doesn't hurt the photo to lose a bit and other areas (like the bottom of this photo) where it really impacts the image.

I am rather new to photoshop and am trying to learn my way around, but I can't find how to reveal what will print in a 10x15 or 8x12. Any ideas or links that I can look at? Is there something else that I should be doing instead?

Many thanks for your patience!

A lot of info and profiles on Fuji Frontiers.

I printed a couple 5x7s at a Ritz and set the image size to 280dpi (per another operator) and got full borderless.... ?
