Default Micro Drives

Anybody have any problems? If I bump my camera while it's writing will it break. I was told by a friend to stay 100ft from them, because they are too easy to break. Is this true?

thx

no it itsn't true.

microdrives have moveable parts like a normal hard disk, comapct flash cards have no movable parts.
In theory they are easier to damage or more likely to break down because of this, but ask most microdrive users and they will tell you they haven't had problems.

don't buy cheaper brands though - many of them wont work properly
