Default EF Lens Work III

You can download the book "EF Lens Work III" from http://www.canon-europe.com/Support/...s_work_iii.asp

This is a very detailed presentation of all Canon lenses, terminology and science. Very recommended reading for all!

They have 50/1.2 and 85/1.2L II there so it must be pretty recent.

Canon makes available a wide variety of Books, Manuals, Brochures, Guides, White Papers, and Marketing Material in Adobe PDF format.

I am collecting them in this thread...

The all knowing Pekka, making an offer we cannot refuse. These PDFs shall lay at the "Institute for those who want to understand Lenses really good and other Great Stuff".

I am actually downloading these for reading at work tomorrow. Grazie, Don Vito.

Thanks Pekka, that was great! I have the hardcover version but a digital reference copy would be wonderful.

Yes, photography is about photography but I want to learn about the gear too, so that I am not limited or tripped up by the gear - and therefore it is all up to ME to make a difference when I am behind the shutter.

I'd certainly rather pay $20 for this in hard copy than to have to read it online. It will run over $20 in ink to print out the pdf.
