anyone ever tried to start lucid dreaming?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lucid_dreaming I did the first couple of steps a couple years ago and had some really intense, vivid dreams that I had a bit of control over. I lost interest in it, but I keep thinking about trying again. |

We should all try it as an exercise. I think it's a good way to learn something about yourself.

I used to try writing down what happened in my dreams, but it was all so odd and nonsensical, that it made no sense when I tried to read it later (having forgotten the dream).
