Default Pirelli Rally

Hi Everyone,Here's a couple of pics from Kielder forest at archies rigg stage. The silver porshe was taken on a 1/80th speed,slowest pan i've ever taken and higgins toyota was 1/320th on the second run through.All taken on 20d and 70-200is.C+C welcome please.Did anyone go to the fri night stages as seeing the cars go through the forest with the pod of lights on was cool.Great fun and a good event.

Nice shots Phil. Good attempt at 1/80th. I would try adjusting the brightness/levels on the porker pic down a little, just to get rid of the glare on the bonnet. The light was pretty bad at times yesterday , which doesn't help at all. Never managed to get to the night stages unfortunetly, but maybe next time.

Hi Phil,

Headed up to the Valley stage on Friday night after work, missed the vintages shame the sky stayed overcast. Got a few shots before it got too dark for the built in flash (trying to use it as an excuse to finally buy myself a speedlight) - I'll post some as soon as I've sorted them (Although don't expect anything fantastic, still in Padawan photo training )

I like the 2nd shot a lot. The lifting inside tire was a good capture
