Question Go Daddy?

Hi, I know there are lots of questions about websites. I just have one direct question if someone might could help me with.

Does anybody reading this use Go Daddy for their photography website? If so, could you maybe send me a link to your site, or give me some advice on how easy or hard it is to set up. I am really not good at making websites, so I need someone who has already been there and done that.

Thanks,

Teeny

I used to use go daddy, their control panel is pretty straight forward, as long as you know a bit about ftp and html you can put up a site in no time.

Hey Logan, hate to be nit picky but did you intentionally mean to put "Untitled-1' as your title for the entrance page? Juust wondering.

I only use Go Daddy for purchasing my domain names. They have a pretty decent control panel for that as compared to others.

Wink Re: Go Daddy?

I just set up my site about a month ago on GoDaddy. They are cheap & have support 24/7.

I have a lot of 1st's. This is my 1st post to the Forums. This is my website as well. I'm also new to photography & new to my business too. I'm jumping in with all feet. However, going after this as a "love" & if I do well...great. IF not thats fine too. I enjoy it nonetheless.

www.DottyMPhotography.com You are welcome to critique it. My primary site is on GoDaddy, my blog is wordpress.

Did anyone use GoDaddy to site up there site or ya'll do it yourselves? I've never actually set up a site, just helped with friends and did the dinky assignment in comp class. Just wondering which is easier. I know basics but not enough to make my site how I want it. I could get friends, but just wondering since we're on the topics ish.

I too use GoDaddy for 2 sites that I have. One I used GoLive and Dreamweaver to create. The other I used iWeb. I used an ftp app to upload them. All were quick and painless. My former hosting company called me every name in the book when I switched but I ended up with 5 years of prepaid registration and hosting for the cost of 2 with my former company. I highly recommend them.

I use Go Daddy for all my web stuff. I have a few domain names and a personal and business (non photo) website.
