Wow! G2 - that's right, but unfortunately after all these years of 100% reliability and 1000's of images later, the zoom lever is no longer communicaing with the lens

I have exactly the same issue with my G3, it sometimes works but is intermittent
I think it will cost too much even if you can find a replacement part and someone to do the work. |

Oh well, the G7 looks interesting. I wonder if it has the same magic

Lack of swivel screen has been one factor that has put G diehards off
