Default Hawk Over Pierce Lake State Park

I might have overprocessed this, I can see a bit of halo from the sharpness, but...

(ok, and I've since been told it's a Turkey Vulture, not a hawk... well I knew it wasn't an eagle... just a big friggin' bird, but it's still cool looking! hehehe)

Yup, it's a big bird, that's for sure. Turkey vulture - ugly as sin on the ground. Graceful and rather amazing in the air. Nice job.

This looks like a bit of a crop from the quality of the images, so the composition is just by cropping.
