29 views and no comments? I wonder why people spend time to have a look at the picture but dont have time to type a word as a complement.

Any ways here is another one taken on the same day.

Well i really like these!

colours on the first one are really good.

Angle on the second one is really interesting too!

I know what you mean about people not commenting not, not much of a discussion, on a discussion forum.
People don't like it when their pictures aren't commented on, so i think people should at least say a little about them.

*rant over*

The colors and composition are real attention getters. This was the first time to see your picture and I too susprised by the lack of comments.

Hi. I like the composition. The colors still look weak on my screen. Still a little blurry too, maybe due to conversion to web size. Definitely an interesting photo.

Thank you.

Yea, when some one visit a thread they should at least type a word as a visitors signature. I do the same. Some times you will find me commenting on others picture with just one word "Awesome, nice, keep up". its not about having no time to type a sentence but its just that I want people to know 'yea, I have seen your picture but sorry nothing more I can write about this, so please excuse me!'

It's like walking by in a exhibition. If it's unremarkable then you move on. To me comments like "Awesome" "nice" "keep it up" are worthless because they ad nothing to the "Discussion". Tell me why it's awesome or nice.

Don't get your feelings hurt if people think your post is unremarkable. Just try again and don't be so put out.

Hope you dont mind had a go of touching it up a bit:

Unsharpmask of 250% at .3 rad. faded to about 80%

In your second one, the BW hides the guy in the middle of it

great concept for both of them

I like the first one but I would have cropped the top just a bit more. I find that branch or whatever on th upper left sort of distracting.

Also, the colors are still a bit flat to me as well. But I'm looking at it on my laptop, and not a calibrated screen.

Keep it up.

Thanks cdhender. I know those trees are bit distracting but I kept it because I wanted to give it a feel that those kinds were running away from the tree...!
