No way! I was just talking to my best man in Australia (he's coming over for my wedding in Sept) and we want to photograph a bald eagle in the wild before I go home to Australia. I wish I could get something close to your picture Gary. Well done!

Another nice shot Gary. You are going to have a hard time choosing which photos make it into your book

Great picture! I wish we had birds like that here in Hawaii.... You would figure that we would have exotic birds here in paradise.... NADA!!! You need to bring your eagle here to eat out pidgeons and turtle doves....

since this is a critique forum and not just a show your photos forum I'll make a couple of comments.
The pine cones in the top left are too dark and slightly distracting against the bright white of the eagles head. This could easily be corrected though. Also the top of the eagles head is a little blown out. Of course it could just be jpeg compression but maybe not.
Great photo though and I'm just being picky as this is a critique

hehe true, and first thing i thought, that picture is too good for a critique, and borders on showing off!!! haha i joke but its a great shot. only thing that stands out is the cones on the upper left. Just a tad too dark but easily corrected.
