Default Touch up a photo for a business card

I don't like asking for help, but is there anyone around willing to work on 1 picture for me? It would be for my business card, and well I am not the most talented with photoshop. I could post it here or send you the high resolution file, just send me a pm. It shouldn't take too much. I know what I want just not how to do it correctly. Or even better! You could teach me how to do it so I don't have to ask! Thanks again

Well here is the image...
I would like, b&w conversion, fix that darn horizon and then just a bit of gausian blur to giv it that...dreamy look...
I really hate asking for help, but Im so bad at this. If anyone could take a stab at this, Id appreciate it fully.

my try, or you can use burn tool or contrast to darken the image a bit more.

Thank you everyone! You all had such awsome ideas and I wanted to take a little piece of everyone's to make a final copy. Griz, you hid it most on the mark, although I just changed it to b&w...but thank you so much everyone, and I will definitely post the finished product.
