Default A Shot I Took at my Brother's Wedding...

I guess I'll just let the image speak for itself, but I'd be interested to hear what you guys think about cropping, as I had a little bit of trouble with both barrel disrotrtion and finding a crop that I liked. Also, the details in the jacket and in the dress are a bit subdued due to the small size and jpeg compression, but they do exist in a larger version.

Thank you! I tried a vertical crop, but I couldn't get anything to really work all that well because the bottom of the original frame is approx. where it is now, so I feel that cropping like that at the knees in a vertical frame with so much space available above their heads would be wrong..

Default Only suggestion would be the burn the background

It's a bit distraction, try a bit of vignetting and burn away the people a bit...

All right, thanks for the advice, everyone. I've done a bit of retouching, ratoating, and cropping, and I think I have a result that I'm very pleased with.

I decided to print it out, frame it, and give it to my dad for father's day. I hope he likes it!

I was going to agree with Lloyd and tell you not to touch it... but after seeing the edit, yeah... I like it much better that way. I still like the original too.
