Default Feedback for marketplace forum

There is a plug-in for the forum software we use (vBulletin) called iTrader. How hard would it be to implement it for the marketplace forums? It is essentially a feedback system.

It probably is not hard but I doubt Pekka will implement it.

First point that I am sure disqualifies it is that it is not supported by the author. And it has not been updated since dec. 2005.

Personally I would not put a mod on my website that has not been updated in over a year (I run a couple vBulletin forums too). And I know Pekka is much more restrict about these things than I am.

Hmmm, it just looks like such a slick interface. I have seen it on another vBulletin forum. As long as it works after the install, who cares if it is supported or not? Maybe the reason it has not been updated is that it works the way it is supposed to and does not require an update.

Anyway, it was just a suggestion. I hope that the mods will take a serious look at it. The marketplace is a pretty active forum in itself. It would be nice to have a better feedback system.

Thanks for the reply.

Ohh many care. I care and I am sure Pekka cares too. If there is a security flaw in that mod that could compromise the entire forum and would require immediate fix from the author.

And nothing is without errors. If that mod has no errors I would say that is a world sensation.

But thanks for the suggestion. I am sure Pekka will answer himself when he sees this thread. Above is of course just my opinion.

I have something on the works that will handle marketplace feedback'ing among other things. I really can not trust third party code that I can not test and debug.
