Default June 9th, 2007 - Just a few of my early favs

As always, comments are welcome. Things you like, things you don't... I'm not a prima donna who can't take a little crit once in a while... I love other peoples thoughts. I've even USED a few of your thoughts and ideas on here in my work with some success. and Nooo I'm not paying royalties. :P

These rings were pretty heavy too... I love the newer bands, mine feels so light and cheap in comparison. Like out of a gum ball machine.

Very pretty cake... I don't need to elaborate.

It just didn't look right to me with a sloppy border so I went with a classic white... the process was done with a Midnight Sepia action. I almost wanted to crop this one a little to offset the couple more to the left, but I didn't like losing the tree. I think it adds to the composition as well as the rock wall. Any thoughts?

OK - the cake looks like it was assassinated. The last image is really nice. Hope you had a fun time shooting and post some more.

HAHAHAHA... OMG. Totally! I never looked at it like that. But yeah, the little strawberries in tuxes, and all the red, it looks like mob war scene from the Soprano's doesn't it? AWESOME comment! Thanks for both the laugh, and the nice comment. It was a rainy day, but it was still a great day to shoot.

Thank you.. haha.. I know I can't wait to tell the B&G about this, I know the groom will laugh and I'm betting the bride will as well. This was a VERY fun couple.

The ring shot is gorgeous, John! All three are nicely done, though that cake (but not your image) does look a bit odd. And I like the effect of the midnight sepia action. I have it and use it as well.

Those are all great shots. Also agree with liza comments on the ring shot, perfect.
