Default Storing files (other than photos) on a Canon

Hi there,
I am trying to store files other than photos on my S30, but it looks like the software (ZoomBrowser) can not handle them.
Any idea on how to do that (maybe use another soft ?).

Thanks in advance, any comment welcome !

I dont have any problems with this? The photos are in a separate folder to my documents etc and Zoombrowser just ignores them.

Hello , and thanks a lot for your reply.

How did you manage to upload the files on the camera ?
When I try to drag and drop using ZoomBrowser, it complains it is not a photo and refuses to do it.

Or maybe you use XP or WinMe (I think the camera is seen as an external driuve using those OS, but not with W2K and W98) ?
Anyway, even with those OS, please let me know how you do .
THqnks in advance.

As far as I know, there's no way to upload other file types in Win98/2000. That only works in WinXP/Me, where the camera is seen as a storage device.

Perhaps Breezebrowser allows file uploads? I wouldn't know, since I don't use it. However, I posted a reply similar to this in the Software forum and no one has suggested Breezebrowser as a solution, so I'm guessing not.

If you would spend money on software, a cheap CF card reader is a better way to go. http://photography-on-the.net/forum/...ead.php?t=3309
