Default Honeymoon Portraits...

I have done 2 of these sessions this week. They seem just like engagements so I posted them here.

This couple wanted 2 hours of shooting. I took Joanna (islandweddingphoto) with me. We drove to the west side of the island, about 1 hour from our homes. There was a fire that closed the one and only road home so we were stuck for quite some time. Once the road opened around 10pm we made it home safetly. What a day! Thanks Joanna.

#8...this is what the sunset looked like later that evening due to all of the smoke in the air. This is not enhanced in PS...this is actually what it looked like...Fire in the sky!

Wow. I'm blown away. Amazing shots! I especially like #7 - it's definetly my favorite.

Great stuff!

No problem...It was a very bright day! I used my 580 ex on high sync most of the day. The siloutte shots..no flash at all.

Would you mind sharing your settings for #7? Where was your focal point in the picture? Did you shoot in M, P, AV, TV? Did you over or underexpose and fix it in photoshop? I have been wanting to know how to achieve this look.

I used P mode..didn't under or over expose. #7 is basically straight out of camera other that converting to Jpeg. My focus point was on the couple. No flash.

Wow, these are great. The only one that threw my eye was the boat in #7. But that may be cuz I'm a boat geek.

HI Kim, great job! I love 2, 3, 6, and 7. I think I like 3 the best - that tree was so cool.

It was my pleasure assisting you and sporting your new shootsac Makes me want to buy one! And being stuck out there was kind of a fun adventure. At least the road opened back up for us.

Some nice skies there! Wow. I'm jealous. I wish we had more pollution!! hahaha

That's cute that they're on a hammock. So... do they just have like, public hammocks scattered randomly across the beaches or something?
