Default Live Theatre - Jungle Book (Central Coast, Australia)

Hi Everyone,

Here are some pics from my recent shoot of the Jungle Book.
Once again, the costuming was fantastic, and Gosford Musical Society never cease to amaze.
It is a Juniors show, which means 99% of the cast is 18 or under, but they rival the adults, and always sell out.

This show was very interesting to shoot. They were really struggling to keep the rehearsal flowing, and lighting was all over the place.

Here are my favourite eight.

All thoughts and comments appreciated.

Rob

2. Still not sure that I like this one, but it was the only way that I could put the peoply flying in the hoop things into a shot without it looking weird.

Are they really that bad? Or are they just so good you are all speechless?

Actually, the colors and composition are great... The subjects are still learning the performing arts... #5 is really cool, while #8 lacks all of the faces facing you... The other ones are pretty cool too..

#1, 3(?) and 5 are timed well. On the others the facial expressions aren't what I'ld like them to be. (expressive)

Thanks for the feedback.

This show is still coming together really. I think alot of the cast is very new to theatre, and the director is about one poor performance away from doing something nasty, but that's why i stay away from the politics
