I had a photo workshop today and was just working on some of the images. The color one is no pp and the second has some sharpening, contrast layer to bring out the hair highlights a bit and then converted to black and white. CC please. I can use all the help I can get.

Her skin looks pretty blotchy in the black and white (not as noticeable in the color photo). Possibly dodge the middle of her forehead and her neck prior to the conversion? Could also play with the red/orange sliders a bit which might even up the tonality a bit more.
