Awesome!

I used to do TaeKwonDo in high school, but gave it away when i started working.
I think our belt structure was different to everyone else though... it was JiDoKwan from memory, which had different colours to alot of the mainstream people.

I do have some suggestions on how you can make these better...I'd start with a black background instead of the one you have and use a reflector or something on her other side...the deep shadows work well but they are too deep here...

Below is one of the shots I from the shoot...(shot over 250 TKD kids at the local club - it was a smash hit and you might want to look into offering the services to the club if they don't have a photog)

My little brother owns an American Karate studio (he's a mental hospital prison guard) and I keep threatening to come do this with my studio flash ... while I think these are Sports (almost all the sporters I know like to perform) I thank you for posting as it will reinvigorate my interest!

i like these a lot. the first one is a bit too desaturated, but the rest of them are nice. i also didn't realize that the background was distracting until symes mentioned it.
