Default A SAD sight

It is true. 2 P-51s did collide on the runway at Oshkosh today. I have not heard of the conditions of the pilots. I searched the EAA website and the Milwaukee station, WTMJ. What a sad thing about the airplanes though. The first was being towed away, minus the left horizontal stabilizer, it seems, as I took the picture. The other didn't fare as well.

Oddly enough, we didn't hear anything about this on our ATC radio or on the official EAA radio station. We heard about it from the ice cream vendor on the street where we were watching the airshow. That's just wrong!!
