Default MX at 24mm

Usually use the 70-200mm as my main lens but decided to get some different stuff and concentrated on the 24-70mm today, mainly at the wide end. CnC Welcome as usual, not really sure how well some of this works As you can see the light was changeable, heavily overcast to blue skies.

Hey

I usually use my wide to ultra wide angels ( as low as 10mm on the 20D) I think it shows the action better. really liked no 2 - the best in the set. 5 is the not a keeper for a photographer as good as you - it lacks focus (I have nothing against cropping too tight..)

I would suggest trying to use flash next time - it will freeze the wheels a bit but it will give more details of the bike and rider

My guess is this isn't the last time you use your wides... the results are too good to be left as a one-time experiment.

All really good, but # 2 does it for me too; the sky adds to what is a dramatic shot already.

Thought the sky in #2 is dramatic, its the "eyes" that make this capture stand out. Nice work.
