first one is majorly underexposed, but second one is fine.

The first one I'm sure was on purpose. I like it.

The 2nd one doesn't have the car in focus and the Christmas tree on the left is distracting. The right taillight is too bright. Toomuch ground? Too bad the railing is there because a pic with the car closer to the edge would have been real nice.

I like the first shot a lot, it looks like something that could easily be photoshopped and used as a car ad

If the second one did not have the Christmas lights, had stronger contrast and some blur, I would have thought it was a scene to a drifting movie or game. lol
