Default common darter male

Hi everyone finally managed a shot of a male common darter last week I've seen a few but each time I managed to mess up either scared him off or messed up the focus

Nice work Pete. They are a challenge to photograph. Some will be curious and check you out...stay close...others...any little movement and they are out of the scene. Well done.

Good shot in a nice setting. I'm being picky but it'd be good to leave a little space in front of the subject.

Hiya Pete,

Great shot/capture, there's a very distinct lack of Dragon & Damsel round my locality this Yr. even though I had numerous Southern Hawkers from my pond, most disappointing.

Cheers for now
Mark
