My S1 no longer displays any image in the EVF or flip-out screen. When I turn the camera on, occasionally I'll get a fleeting image - which looks a bit like the horizontal hold has gone on a telly - then it fades to black.
I can review photos OK on the EVF and screen. Is this an indication the sensor has gone? Or something else? And can these be repaired? Cheaply? Thanks |

Took camera to local Canon repair centre - and was fixed free of charge. And it was about 4 years old! So I've a got a new sensor now
