Brit-Snooze Weekend - Brands Hatch 11th & 12th August

Hi gents,

I think it's a fair reflection of the Britcar weekend at Brands Hatch last weekend that I've only just woken up enough to post these. I was *seriously* bored and looking at the photos only brought back the hatred I was feeling. If I hadn't had to stay for the saloons on the Sunday I'd have been long gone.

Good to see you as ever Dave and Martin. Expect you're suffering the same problem.

So if you can stay awake, eyes down for a snooze

1. A BritCar. This was whilst I was awake.

2. Only spin of the day that I caught

3. FLASH! (ah aaa!!!)

4. Porsche's weren't too shabby

5. I love these Civics. Here's Mr Gammon's

6. The DMN Saloons rescued things

7. Then it rained to irritate me yet further as I hadn't brought a coat

8. My boys and girls. The DMN Saloons. WRC Escort leads Aussie V8 Falcon.

Well done for staying awake through this. It's the BTCC for me this weekend and I'm looking forward to a few shorter races and some entertainment.

Nice shots Jon. Looking at the results the Falcon ran Rod a lot closer than he's probably used to!
And #5 is an Integra

Still a nice shot though.

Oops... I was at work so didn't pay much attention putting the wording around them!

Keep a close eye on your camera bag then. Pikey BTCC crowds at Brands make me really nervous. Not quite as bad as pikey BTCC crowds at Donington but getting there
