Default Expose - Flash Gallery

Hi All...

Has anyone experienced the "Expose" Gallery (its also a plugin for Joomla).

I use this gallery at www.dan-taylor.co.uk (site still under construction)...

I've been told it has many flaws in it, but I'm yet to come across any.

What do you guys think?

Thanks,
Amnesia

I think that Expose is the most aesthetically pleasing gallery I've come across. It seems that you need to be lucky to have the right server settings to have things fully functional. Fortunately my web hoster is a few minutes walk away and I can easily get their attention if something isn't working. There was a major security hole that was fixed not too long ago, make sure you have the updated gallery component otherwise your whole site can be hacked!

I'm still working on the site but the design and layout are pretty well finished, with much trial and error I managed to get the gallery aligned neatly into my template: www.skylinephotography.com There's so many small changes I made I can't even remember what I all modified. All except for the frontpage text which does not want to conform, I have things set up the way I want it.

I also use sef urls so it looks like html pages instead of php, although I believe there's hosting requirements which have to be met to enable it.

Thanks for the info,

I've played around with the theme a little bit and I've decided on my style etc. The gallery fits in nicely now.... just got to update it with photos now!!

yea Expose gallery is very good but joomla version have some problems with security so you need to delete few files what allow hackers to upload various virusis, and other bastards on your server and start them when someone start gallery..
