Photo is soft, possibly motion blur.
Be sure to get your balance, keep your elbows in tight to your body, squeeze the shutter button gently.

Did you try to photoshop something out in the lower left corner?...there is some strange stuff going on there...and the image is a bit soft..Bump your ISO to 400 to improve your shutter speed a bit and also to allow you to go to f/5.6 or so...which will give you a bit more depth of field. If you turn on image editing...I will share a rough edit that helps.

John, the fact that you got this shot in the first place is an accomplishment. They are not easy to catch.

Unfortunately, it isn’t as sharp as it could be. Probably due to a couple reasons.
1. Your shutter speed was only 1/160s, a little slow when using a lens set at 200mm (unless the lens has IS)
2. You used Av with the aperture set at f/2.8 resulting in very shallow DOF at 200mm
Increasing your ISO a couple stops will allow faster shutter speed and a smaller aperture which will improve DOF.
