I think you have the record as the most consistent Kingfisher photographer. More great images of this skitish bird and i better not hear that you raised it from birth

No it is wild and I'm not happy yet, these are about 50% crops and lack the detail I'm after. I'm going to get him close some day

Crop or no crop these are very good shots of the Kingfisher Gary. These birds don't let you get very close and the ones I've seen don't seem to be too systematic in their choice of branches on which to perch, which makes setting up a blind difficult. I'm looking forward to your first FF shot Gary

They are Skittish but right now they are staying in a realative small area.
