My latest "not a camera bag" favorite - a Timbuk2 Harriet Shoulder bag, this color green is discontinued but I have my eye on a lovely canvas color they just added. This size JUST fits my 60D with attached lens, although I've been known to stuff a 60mm macro in with it. Great size for a discreet bag around the city when even my small messenger bags are too bulky (like in Pike Place Market when it's crowded.)

It's also nice because it's nearly purse-like in appearance, great for when I feel like carrying a "girl" bag instead of a messenger.

There's room for my wallet in the main compartment, and my iPhone, spare battery, flash cards, keys, etc in the front pocket. A small filter wallet would fit, too.

Apologies for the mediocre iPhone photo, it did not like the lighting I was using.

Edit: Forgot to add that this also makes a nice lens change bag - Pop a small 2-section insert inside (like the Camaroo insert) and a couple small lenses and it works very well. Can't put the full camera away at that point, but there are times I don't need to.

What bags do you guys recommend for two gripped bodies, 70-200, and about 3 other lenses and 580EX II? I was thinking of the Domke F-2.

I saw a lot of amazing bags on here and i want them all haha!

With what you have, A think tank retrospective 20 would probably do nicely. The 10 would be fine if you don't want to have your 70-200 mounted.

You might find the F1x a bit more comfortable depending on what the other lenses are. If they're all wide angle to short tele, the F2 will work but if you add in the 24-70 and anything else that approximate size, the F1x will be a better fit.

Can't wait for my nth - I ordered one of those too; this way I can carry grey F1x and F3x on travel instead of grey and sand mixed. Of course, I need the sand F1x too, since I'm at least as likely to need an inconspicuous field bag as an inconspicuous city bag.

5D Mark II
17-40 f4L
50 1.4
70-200 f4L IS
(2) 430EX II Speedlight
(1) Phottix Odin
(2) Phottix Odin receivers
Filters
Chargers
Microfiber towels
Glass cleaner

While I'm on the subject, does anyone know where I can get more of the cushion lining for the bag? I need some more to go on the base of the 5DII, which isn't well protected ATM.

Just came in the mail yesterday (Saturday) :

I have a LowePro Nova 180AW which this bag replaces as a daily bag/light travel bag. The amount of pockets on this bag is insane compared to the Nova and some other bags I've tested, the interior material feels very nice to the touch and the exterior is visually pleasing. Feels light and easily carried for long days too.

I have been using my Ape Case for 2 years. It's a lot more "full" now and all the equipment has changed but I love this bag over the shoulder or hand held.

Domke F5Xb

Fits a Sony NEX 5N + 5 Rangefinder lenses and assorted accessories. It's perfect.

I absolutely love my Think Tank Retrospective 5! I also have the Retro 20 which I bought specifically for my 70-200 2.8II, and I'll post that up soon, but this is my current loadout which is just perfect!

Fits my 60D attached with my 50L(with hood) and my 24-70L(without hood). Perfect walk around bag with walk around lenses I'm gonna upgrade to a 5DMK3 in a couple months(If I can get my hands on one thats available!). I'm hoping I can fit that in there with the 50L attached and the 24-70L on the side. From the looks of it, it will, but barely.

Just received my Kata Minibee 111 last week and I'm totally digging it. It fits my gear perfectly while leaving the top 1/3 available for other stuff. When I'm not using it as a camera bag, I can remove the bottom padding and use it as a normal backpack. Although the specs state that the laptop section is good for up to a 13" laptop, my 15" MacBook Pro fits just fine.
