Default Lightning Pictures

Any tips on shooting( or attempting to shoot ) ligntning?

I think that the Aussies (onehotrx7 has posted a lightening shot) or ELand or Rudi wold help.

My "jiffy-night-photograpghy-cardboard-slide-rule" says its the same shot as fireworks (lots of posts of those lately).. and recommends a 1 second exposure = f/8 with ISO 50.

Don't get hit!
