Maybe the link is bad? I don't see a brochure when I click on it.

The link worked for me last night, although at the moment its giving me a notice that there are too many people downloading. RapidShare doesn't seem to be the most user friendly download site out there. As for the brochure, some cool pics of Boston, it seems a bit plain to me but then again I've never had much of an eye for design.

host it somewhere where it doesn't require users to jump through hoops to view it (I gave up at the third click/page load especially as it was full of ads for some hosting companies premium subscription...)

Not a bad link. It's just that you have to jump thru a bunch of hoops and advertising (for a paid vs. free download acct.) garbage to get it.

It would have been much better and you would have received much more advice / help if you had not made it so hard to access. I aborted at the second download screen. Too much trouble.

I downloaded it and opened the document.

To be honest I thought it needed more work.
It screams tourist brochure rather than photographer brochure.
You need some people photos!

"all images can be seen on my Flick'r website"

Why is "Flick'r" relevant? It just seems to me that this and the text drops the brochure into amateurland.

I think you need to look at what your potential market is before you put a lot of effort in for something that there is no market for. The internets a great medium for seling stuff if theres is demand for what your selling but I just dont see who your potential customers are. Sorry, I am not intending to be mean but I just dont have a picture of who your typical customer is and what will prompt them to buy your images.

I'm guessing that the brochure should be folded into thirds?

I think you should re-think your wording slightly and have it say something more along the lines of "if you like my photos, please contact me..." as opposed to "should you need to contact me..." which sounds wrong, somehow.

I would take out the "if". It sounds like you're saying there are tons of better people out there but if you can't get any of them to work for you then I'll do it. "If" adds uncertainty and you need positive certainty.
