Like maybe a picture of a picture ? Something to show me what this stuff is, and how it turns out. Would it be a dumb idea to get car pictures printed on this paper ?

Never heard of it, but a quick Google turned up a discussion that pointed to two labs that use it. Perhaps you could get a sample printed by them to test it?

Mpix has metalic and it just cant been seen on a monitor. You have to see it to truly see the difference. Not to good for people though. Makes saturated colors even better.IMO

I have some endura metallic prints and it is not possible to convey their look on a monitor. They show this metallic reflection when viewed that adds character to the right print. Its especially effective on industrial or auto shots -- its worth a try. Dennis

I did some portraits with it to see how it looked, I was pleasantly surprised by the results. But as T.Hogan you have to see it in person.

Thanks guys, had to go with regular matte paper, with luster finish. Mpix only allows the option to have everything printed in that paper, not just single photos.
Thanks for the help
